Jeff Mitzner Vice President of Key Accounts
Southern California & Southern Nevada
Jeff Mitzner joined Trans Western Chemicals in 1987. With over 25 years of exprience in the chemical distribution industry, he is responsible for managing the customer base in Southern California and Southern Nevada.
Jeff is an active member of and holds a certificate of accreditation from the Los Angeles Society of Coatings Technology (LASCT) where he also received an Award for Outstanding Customer Service.
Jeff is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton with a B.S. in Business Administration.
Harry Golding Account Manager
Central & Northern California, Northern Nevada
Harry Golding began his work with Trans Western Chemicals in 1992. Harry is responsible for managing the customer base in Central and Northern California and Northern Nevada.
Prior to working with Trans Western Chemicals Harry held positions at the Degussa Corporation (Evonik) as Vice President and Business Manager for the pigment division and at Carmona Chemical Company and Seachem as President.
Harry is a graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
Len Milowski Account Manager
Arizona and Southern Nevada
Len Milowski began working with Trans Western Chemicals in 2013 as an account manager for the Arizona and Southern Nevada territory. Len is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, home of the sixth time Super bowl Champions whom he still holds season tickets for today. He served in the Vietnam War for the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged after 4 years. He has a BS in Industrial Management from Allegheny College.
His career began 45 years ago at Mobile Oil Corp./Mobile Chemical Food Division, in the quality control department and as a bench chemist. He later moved to Arizona where his career shifted towards Chemical Distribution sales. He has held various positions in plant and manufacturing operations. His experience in the Arizona market has been focused on Coatings, Inks, Adhesives, Architectural paint, Elastomeric Wall Coatings, and Elastomeric Roof Coatings. Len has been an active member of the Arizona Society for Coatings and Technology for 15 years.

Mike Cook Account Manager
Southern California, Dust Control and Food
Mike Cook began work with Trans Western Chemicals early in 2012 as a customer service agent. He quickly immersed himself in the business, working with customers taking orders and familiarizing himself with the products TWC offers. It was soon apparent that Mike was more appropriately suited for a position in sales. By early 2013 Mike had a client list and was well on his way to building a substantial amount of new business for Trans Western.
Mike is now focused predominantly in the Dust Control market of the Southwest Region, working very closely with suppliers to provide customers with quality products in a timely fashion. He has also taken on the Food Industry, developing new avenues of business for Trans Western in the Central Valley. We are glad to have Mike on our team, and expect his sales to grow greatly as his skills and relationships expand.
Tom Loschiavo Account Manager
Arizona, Oregon and Washington
Tom brings to Transwestern Chemical 30 years of experience in the plastic and coatings colorant markets. He has held various positions in sales, marketing and business management with Ferro Corporation. Prior to Ferro, Tom worked for a regional specialty chemical distributor in Philadelphia for 5 years. He has broad knowledge of the textile, coatings and plastic markets, from manufacturing processes, applications and product specifications. He is now dedicating his efforts to increasing Transwestern Chemicals market presence in Arizona, Oregon and Washington.
He holds both a BS in Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati and MBA in Marketing from Temple University.
